With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Herbert Swafford of Warden, Washington, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 7, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Herbert may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Herbert touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert James and Ruby Swofford (Plumlee); and his wife Carolyn. He is survived by: his daughter Tana Richins (Phil); and his siblings, Betty, Chuck and Sunni.
