She is survived by: her husband Phillip Stevens Sr.; her children, Jerrilyn Stevens, Tara Moore, Cianne Moore and Phillip Stevens Jr.; her grandchildren, Chloe Quenan and Riley Quenan; her sister Cynthia; her nieces and nephews, Jonathan Jim, Chrissy Jim, Monica Arthur, Dominick Arthur and Anthony Arthur; her siblings, Lytonia Boob, Flo Gardee, Eileen Totus, Charley Totus and Jason Gomes; and her daughter Jenna Marie Moore.
