With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Hernandez of Wapato, Washington, born in Sheridan, Wyoming, who passed away on December 4, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel and Mary; his children, Judy and Timothy; and his siblings, Esther, Tom and Jimmy.
He is survived by: his wife Yoneko Hirata; his son Mike; his siblings, Manuel (Legaya), Rich (Glenda), Robert (Barb), Frances Rocha (Benny) and Margaret Hansen (Dick); his grandchildren, Nikki and Steven; and his great grandchildren, Andrew and Alex.
