She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ada Walsey and John Polk; her husband Freddie Queahpama Jr.; her children, Eric Queahpama, Rosie, Mike, Tina, Tonia Polk, Raised Leanthony Minthorn, Tyree Polk and David Lucei; her pet Tonia Polk; her children, Tavia, Jovani, Viviana, M'kayla, Trinity, Treylonnie, Erika, Mikel, Kalailah, Jayson, Lil Lucie, Sa'vaya and Lea of Josephine, KC; and her siblings, Anna Polk and Jerry Polk of Warm. She was also cherished by Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
