It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Verona Maurine Schnibbe (Walla Walla, Washington), born in College Place, Washington, who passed away on May 15, 2024, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith Montanye and Violet Thompson Montanye; her husband Fred; her sons, Robert and Richard; and her siblings, Virginia "Ginger", Ted and Mike.
She is survived by: her son Dale (Ann); her daughters-in-law, Winnie Wied and DeeAnn Schnibbe (Rob Gohl); her sister-in-law Florence Montanye; her grandchildren, Liesl Schnibbe (Stephen Richmond), Heidi Schnibbe Hayes, Eric Schnibbe (Shannon), Tonya Burnham (Jared) and Jacob Schnibbe; and her great grandchildren, Koen, Addison Hayes, Cole, Oliver Burnham, Poppy and James Schnibbe.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Brewster Adventist Christian School at 115 Valley Rd. Brewster, Washington.
