She was predeceased by: her parents, Mabel Tugaw (Hasbrouk) and LeRoy Tugaw; her husband Lloyd Allen; and her sister Pauline Gillespie. She is survived by: her sons, Greg (Judy) of Walla Walla and Brett (Emilce) of Athol, Idaho; her brother Don Tugaw of San Geronimo, CA; her grandchildren, Ryan (Jo) and Candice (Wayne); and her great grandchildren, Xandria (Alex), Alexcia and Audrey.
