He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Frank and Roland Frank Sr.; his siblings, Marlin Frank, Lulabelle Pfylugrad and Elaine Zivney; and his granddaughter Audrey Brewer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Laura Coffland (Ron) and Tanya Groom; his sister Florine Clement; his grandchildren, Brianna Coffland, Monica Bowen, Brooke Drumheller and Nathan Brewer; and his great grandchildren, Theodore Bowen, Walt and Henry Brewer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
