She was predeceased by: her father Henry Borgens Jr.; her siblings, Deloris Allert (Borgens) and Wally Borgens; and her son Curtis Schell (Rick Barry). She is survived by: her daughter Joan; her former husband Stan Schell; her friend Lonna Borgens; her husband Bill Dicus; her sister Eleanor Lloyd; her children, Cindy Ray (Schell) and Clay Schell; her grandchildren, Heather Schell, Nathan Schell and Shaun Schell; her stepchildren, Jeff Dicus, Julie Bicklehaupt (Blaine), Wendy Dicus Wheatley, Clint Dicus (Linda) and Katie Heather Sproul (Jim); and also, Doug Nelson and Helen Gaffrey.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Fort Walla Walla Living History Program in her name would be appreciated.
