He was predeceased by: his parents, Phyllis Jean Keatts and Edward Oscar Keatts; his siblings, Michael Keatts and Penny Whinsenhunt; and his niece Abigail Marie Keatts.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Keatts; his sons, Andy Keatts (Heather) of Walla Walla and Thomas Keatts (Carolyn) of Seattle, Washington; his siblings, Pat Keatts (Donna) of Aberdeen, Fran Peters of Kennewick and Susan Herd (Dean) of Wapato, Washington; his grandchildren, Shayna, Grayson, Avery, Rowan and Peyton; his great grandchild Brooklyn; his stepchildren, Joey Reynolds (Amber) and Eric Reynolds; and his stepgranddaughter Bailey.
