She was predeceased by: her significant other Domingo "Sunday" Franco Jr.; and her parents, Plutarco Sr. Soto and Dolores Ruiz Soto. She is survived by: her children, Veronica Torres (Franco), Martin Carlos Franco, Tomas Fernando Franco, Patricio Xavier Franco and Eva Morales (Franco); and her siblings, Adeline Rojas (Soto) and Julian Soto. She is also survived by eight children and helped watch over 13 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
