He was predeceased by: his parents, Dolores Slater (Canziani) and Herbert Clayton Slater; and his brother David Lee Slater. He is survived by: his cousins, Michele Jausoro, Rosealma Moore and Steve Pao; his brother John Jr. As; and his close friends, Edith, Cruz, Anel, Vero and Tammie.
