He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Filmore Carlisle and Alice Carlisle; his wife Naomi; his sons, David Carlisle of Lowden and Dan Carlisle (Justine) of Walla Walla; and his siblings, Nancy Frankiewicz (Cash) of Walla Walla and Dale Carlisle of Lowden.
