He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Kirkpatrick; and his children, Kim Burres (John), Dawn Presler (Terry) and Kirk McDonld (Roxane). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
