She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Dirks and Gertrude Schulte Dirks; and her siblings, Arthur, Jan, David and Georgia.
She is survived by: her spouse Dale Ross; and her children, Kim Joseph of Richland, Laura Mckeown of Walla Walla, Andrea Schmidt of Walla Walla, Megan Ross-Karow of Portland, OR and Trevor Ross of Mukilteo, WA. She is also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
