With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Verlea Ruth Olsen of Waitsburg, Washington, born in Pomeroy, Washington, who passed away on July 11, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Scoggin and Martha Scoggin (Lynch); her husband Robert John Olsen; and her siblings, Zane Scoggin, Charlotte Williams, Laota Williams and Velda Scoggin.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Olsen (Verna) of Cove, OR, Lauren Olsen (Debbi) of Yakima, WA and Sandra Lambert of Mt. Home, ID; and her brother George Scoggin (Louise) of Pomeroy, WA. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
