He is survived by: his wife Judy Lee; his children, Mike Lee Jr. (Brenda) of Puyallup, WA and Kim Lee Reisen (Eric); his siblings, Paul Lee (Patti), Steve Lee Parkland (Bev Briskey), Marian, Linda Fish (Mike), Bonnie Kelley (Mike), Peg Ferguson (Tom), Linda Woods (George) and Ellen Smith Puyallup (Jeff); his friends, Gordon and Patti Gipson; and also Susan. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
