He is survived by: his pet Finn; his father Robert; his aunt Susanne; his wife Dr. Mary Thomas (Domingo); his mother Doris; his sister RuthAnn; his brother-in-law Richard; his nephew Stephen (Betsy); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Erin and Seamus; his uncle Richard; his cousin Nancy; his niece Antonia (James); his great-niece Lucy; and his sister-in-law Carolyn. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Ron and Mary Thomas Endowed Scholarship or the Ronald R. Thomas Endowed Scholarship in Writing at the University of Puget Sound, and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center.
