It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leroy Topp (Vashon, Washington), born in Grace City, North Dakota, who passed away on March 15, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy; and his son Richard. He is survived by: his daughter Patricia; his son-in-law Stanley Moe of Vashon, WA.; his son Marcus; his daughters-in-law, Rebecca of Ocean Shores, WA. and Cherie Bevers of Monroe, WA.; and his sister Betty Grubb of Tioga, ND.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
