He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis. He is survived by: his sisters, Margie, Sylvia and Rheta; his children, Randy Beth (Debbie), Roy Beth (Kathleen) and Laura Beth (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Justin, Alex, Meagan, Cody, Caleb, Luke and Josh.
