He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Johnie Emit Neal and Clara Lavine Stoker; his wife Carolyn Jane Monson; his children, Craig Neal (Debbie) of Vancouver, WA., KaLee Harper (Wayne) of Taylorsville, Larry Neal of Vancouver, WA., David Neal (Al) of West Jordan, Jeff Neal (Michelle) of Beaverton, OR and Barbara Johnson (Glen) of Vancouver, WA.; and his sister Barbara. He was also cherished by 37 Grandchildren, 57 Great Grandchildren, and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
