He is survived by: his sons, Derrick Middleton (Jennifer) of San Antonio and David Middleton (Cathy) of Moxee; his grandchildren, Baylee, Jack, Makayla, Andre, Miles, Branson, Emma, Madison and Olivia; and his sisters, Diana Rick (Mike) of Goldendale, Donetta Derrey (Mike) of Moxee and Debbie Anderson (Randy) of Granger. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
