She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Henry Axford and Effie Louise Duback; and her grandparents, Ernest Axford and Alta Axford. She is survived by: her brother Dennis Axford; her niece Yvette Jacobson (Eric Jacobson); and her great-nephew Michael Jacobson. She is also survived by her beautiful friends/coworkers of fifty years and wonderful neighbors.
