She is survived by: her sisters, Dixie Wilson, Jenene Wetzig and Jedy Baker; and her children, Stacy Lewis (Tami) of Front Royal, VA, Torrey Lewis (Mindy) of Hillsboro, OR and Krista Hamrick (Scott) of Gilbertsville, PA.
