He was predeceased by: his son Steven Curtis; and his sister Nadine. He is survived by: his wife Sandra (Sandi); his children, Bradley, Tammy, Michelle, Jennifer and Aimee; and his sisters, Kay (Ross Cobb) and Peggy (Jim Longre). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.
