He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Washburn and Rachel Washburn; and his siblings, Virginia and Weldon. He is survived by: his significant other Eloise; his children, Stephen (Linda), Wendy Keene (David) and Karl (Pattie); his grandchild Daneel Smith (Joey); and his great grandchildren, Jordyn, Taylor and Mark (Kristin). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
