He was predeceased by: his son David; his parents, Leo Clarence Perry and Margaret Brady Perry; and his brothers, Leo, Dave and George.
He is survived by: his sisters, Marge and Sue; his close friend Donna; his daughter Christy; his granddaughters, Audrey, Alyssa, Lexi, Kayley, Sidney, Cyenna, Ella and Luisa; his daughters, Jeanette, Kendall and Kim; his great grandchildren, Landon, Hunter, Emilia of Breaden, JB, Carter, Caroline, Carsyn, Summer-Ann, Dennis, Khalissi and Jaxton; his brothers, Carl, Rick and Doug; and his nephew John John.
