He is survived by: his daughter Betty Hamel (San); his grandchildren, Bryan Hamel (San) and Tamara Litjen; his great grandchildren, Mahlon Hamel (San), Amber Litjen and Aubree Litjen; and his siblings, Betty Stewart and Ted Langrehr of Mt Vernon, WA.
