He is survived by: his wife Floraine Marie Gardee (Randall); his children, Cynthia Arthur, Lytonia Gardee, Floraine Marie Tony Gardee, Descileena Gardee, Zachary Gardee, Shoshauna Gardee, Clifford White Foot and Wilhamena Whitefoot; his siblings, Victor Gardee, Richard Gardee, Charles Gardee Jr., Leland Bill, Carol Young, Tamera Gardee, Mary Suazo, Sophia Gardee and Sylvia Berry; his grandchildren, Tara Moore, Cianne Moore, Jonathan Jim, Chrissy Jim, Dominick Arthur, Anthony Arthur, Mountainman Wheeler, Jerelyn Stevens-Sanchez, Philllip Stevens Jr. and Monica Arthur; and his great grandchildren, Chloe Quenan and Riley Quenan. He is also survived by friends, grandchildren and great -grandchildren.
