He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Charles Lease and Mariam Eunice Lease (Hackler). He is survived by: his wife Laurel Susan Oliver; his daughter Leona Egeland; his son-in-law Sean Egeland of Dufur; his son Jered Lease; his daughter-in-law Tara Lease of Grand Forks; and his grandchildren, Emmy, Lily Egeland, Noah, Josiah, Benjamin and Eli Lease.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Anderson's Tribute Center (1401 Belmont Ave, Hood River, OR 97031).
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking those wishing to give to find a local charity of their choosing that would celebrate Wayne's spirit of generosity.
