He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Rios. He is survived by: his mother Lee Rios; his wife Tessie Rios; his children, Anthony Rios, Mathew Rios and Selena Rios-Shepherd; and his siblings, Daniel Rios, Michael Rios, Kathleen Rios-Reeve and Elizabeth Rios. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
