He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Hanson and Clarence Hanson; and his wife Mary Anne. He is survived by: his son Vincent; his daughter-in-law Tammy; his grandchildren, Britania and Ryan; his great grandchild Kimberly; his son-in-law Chris; and his grandchildren-in-law, Anne and Daniel.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests that a memorial contribution could be made to his long time car club – the Hoquiam Push Rods so that they can continue their work in helping the community as he so loved to do.
