He is survived by: his daughters, Randi Rutledge Gardner and Tina Bliss; his sons-in-law, Joseph Gardner, Jr. and Jeff Bliss; his siblings, Mike Rutledge, Gary Rutledge and Lisa Keehnel; and his stepfather George Rainha. He is also survived by nephews and nieces and extended family.
