She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Arthur and Marion Michaelson Hunter; and her children, Nancy Joan Hovey and David Hovey Hunter. She is survived by: her son Ken Hovey (Jean); and her siblings, George Hunter (Nucia) and Jean Hunter Carr (Dan). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (805 Canal St NE, Decatur, AL 35601). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
