He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl Kincy and Marjorie Kincy; his wife Evelyn Speece; his children, Dean Kincy (Stephanie) of Olympia, David Kincy (Chantelle) of McCleary, Washington, Shari Kincy of Tumwater and Dede Cuskelly of Olympia; and his siblings, Reid Kincy of Olympia and Carlene Hughes of Olympia. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association or Washington Junior Golf Association.
