With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen F. Lowrey (Tumwater, Washington), who passed away on April 19, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her daughter Julie (Norm); her brother Sheldon; and her brother-in-law Harold Slavens. She is survived by: her son Arnie; her daughter-in-law Cindy Lowrey; her daughter Melanie; her son-in-law Jim Garrison; her granddaughter Julie Landes; her sister Doris Lee Slavens; and her siblings-in-law, Carol Hawes, Don and Leta Chapman. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Friends of Israel or In Touch Ministries.
