He was predeceased by: his wife Wilma Pincham; his son Bob Pincham; his daughter-in-law Stacey Pincham; and his parents, Mary Catherine and James Pincham.

He is survived by: his children, Jim Pincham (Stacey), Vicki Wolden (Jeff), Frank Pincham and Bill Pincham. He is also survived by five grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
