She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Ward Givens and Lillie Belle Givens; her husband Carl Fykerud; her siblings, Jay Givens, Robert Emeral Givens, Jim Givens, Charles Givens and Mickey Givens; her nieces, Karen Faul and Barbara O'Hara; and her nephew Terry Givens.
She is survived by: her children, Carl Mikael Fykerud Jr. (Yvonne) of Raymond, Neil Eugene Fykerud (Bobbie) of Vancouver, Washington and Lillie Elaine Penrod (Bill Malmin) of Rochester, Washington; her grandchildren, Kris, Jennifer and Janell; her great grandchildren, Taylor, Madison, Jonathon, Levi, Alison, Colton and Sidney; her great great grandchild Braden; her sisters-in-law, Sallie Givens of South Bend and Charlotte Fykerud of Redmond, Washington; and her nieces and nephews, Jim Etherton, Bob Etherton, Tim Givens, Jeri Neely, Henry Givens, Monte Givens, Melody Poe, Eric Fykerud and Kurt Fykerud.
