He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Miller and Julia Francis Miller (Oliver). He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Dr. Rick Miller (LouAnn) and Debbie Endres (David); his stepchildren, Diane Dodd, LouAnn Miller, Michelle Dice, Siouxsie Imri and David Franklin; and his grandchildren, Ben Miller, Dr. Roy Miller (Erika), Master Sergeant Michael Miller (Dameca) and Katryna Endres.
