He is survived by: his children, Jeff of Maryville, WA and Kellie MacDonald-Midgley of Seattle, WA; his grandchildren, Phillip, Roxanne and Emily; his siblings, Judy Stevens of Renton, WA, Susan Jennings (Bill), Avon Park, Robert MacDonald (Cheryl) of St George, UT and Dennis MacDonald; and his sisters-in-law, Sally Coon of Spooner, WI and Barbara Reitan.
