He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Sampson, Sr. and Florence W. Briones (White); his grandparents, Alex Whitefoot Sampson, Josephine Atkins Sampson, John White and Lottie Wahpat White; and his siblings, Perry Sampson, John Sampson, Gary Sampson and Sandra Sampson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ralph Sampson Jr., Tammy Gasca, Mary Sampson and Teresa Tappo. He is also survived by numerous Nieces, Nephews & Grandchildren.
