She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmy Spino and May Spino (Thompson). She is survived by: her significant other David Lee Jack; her children, Jennifer Arthur (Horhay), Jonathan Spino (Rose) and Kachina Eli (Steven); and her siblings, Virgil Lewis Sr, Gerald Lewis, Edwin Lewis, Evans Lewis Jr., Galen Yallup and Cindy Yallup. She is also survived by numerous stepchildren; eleven grandchildren.
