He was predeceased by: his father Travis Tilley. He is survived by: his mother Sally Tilley (Taylor); his siblings, Travis Tilley Jr. of Toppenish, Shawn Tilley (Carrie) of Richland, Greg Taylor (Sofia) of Yakima, Keith Tilley (Destiny) of Wapato and Heather Tilley of Yakima; his cousins, Tanika, Vanessa, Tim, Shane, Cochise, Sheena, Angie and Jubadiah; and his aunt Liz Taylor (Billie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
