He is survived by: his wife Brandi; his children, Nestor, Meagan, Dallas and Nikolaus; his parents, Jose Luis Peña (Josefa) and Cruz Salinas-Salazar (Joe); and his siblings, Monica Peña, Tim Peña (Maria), Jorge Montes, Michael Peña (Tabitha) and Julian Peña. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
