He is survived by: his spouse Gail Nez; his brothers, Leland Bill (Samantha) and Eugene Umtuch Sr.; his children, Mileena Morales (Damien), Mallory Nez, Melissa Nez, Marcus Lopez, Ryan Estrada and Angelica Estrada; his nieces and nephews, Rennae Roberts (Smokey), Shayla Bill (Skarlette), Sheryl Redheart (Nicole), Leilani Redheart, Kathy Margo (William), Jennifer Umtuch, Felicia Tillequots-Umtuch, Teresa Umtuch (Terry), Josephine Umtuch, Jessica Umtuch, Christina Umtuch, Eugene Umtuch Jr. (Lorilee), Curtis Bill (Deanna), Dylan Bill, Kupkana Leavitt (Tyleigh), Cody Bill and Jeffrey Bill; his uncles, Wayne Bill (Stacie) and Larry Bill (Bunny); and his aunt Judy Fryer.
