He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Cori Samples and Phil (Rosie Winterholler); his grandchildren, Brandon Tobia (Makayla), Tyler Winterholler and Kelsey Avalos (Frank); his great grandchildren, Frank Jr., Royce and Elowin; his brother Gary Winterholler (Ruthie); and his siblings-in-law, Steve Henton (Virginia) and Linda Winterholler. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
