He is survived by: his wife Billie Jane Tilley (Van Nada); his children, Charolett Duncan (Noel) of Prosser, WA, Karin Patnode (Jon Peyton) of Toppenish, WA and Charles Burl Tilley (Wilma Salway) of Toppenish, WA; his grandchildren, Brandon Duncan (Maria), Nicole Searl (Adam), Chad Duncan, Derek Patnode (Amanda), Heath Patnode (Brandie), Jarad Patnode, Daniel Doore, Aurelia Salway, Frances Tilley, Charlee Tilley and Bud Tilley; and his great grandchildren, Landyn, Clara, Dominick, Kiley Jo, Paisley Jane, Tanner, Gavin, Ethan, Damian, Bailea and Nathan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
