He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl Bernard and Marion Bell (Langdon); his former wife Elaine Jacobelly; his brothers, Bernard and Greg; his wife Denyce; his siblings, Gina, Debbie, Barbara, Cathy, Dave and Bobby; his children, Brandi, Stevie, Nikki, Vienna, Cecil and Jeremiah; and his grandchildren, Dustyn, Heather, Emma, Corey, Andrew Jr., Jacob, Alexys and Indie. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
