It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sidney D Shutt of Tieton, Washington, who passed away on April 20, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Sidney may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Sidney touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Shutt and Frances Shutt; and his brothers, John and Larry Shutt. He is survived by: his wife Dixie; his children, Dale (Connie Cannon) and Heather (Scott Overson); his siblings, Donald Shutt and Sarah Judkins; and his brother-in-law Fred James. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Slickrock Ward (2434 E Riverside Dr, St. George, UT 84790).
