She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Webb and Laura "Beatrice" Webb. She is survived by: her children, Beatrice "Bea" Koempel-Thomas of Spokane and Harold Koempel of Tieton; her grandson Riker Koempel (Torie Koempel); her great grandchildren, Edmund of Tieton, Vivian of Tieton, Lydia of Tieton and Elsie of Tieton; and her sister Barbara Towner.

In lieu of flowers, Blanche preferred donations to the Tieton/Highland Fire Department.
