She was predeceased by: her parent James W. Rogers. She is survived by: her mother Alice T. Rogers; her husband Bruce Carter; her stepsons, Alex Carter and Kevin Carter; and her siblings, William Rogers (Kathryn), Christopher Rogers (Samantha Powers), Grace Franich (Michael), Dorothy Rosenbladt (Bob), Terry Rogers and Michelle "Sam" Rogers. She is also survived by her four sisters and two brothers.
